• PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE : think of the things which you are grateful for and you will see how you already feel different. Keep your smile as long as possible ! => Such small daily actions will enable you to change how you feel…

• APPROACH the new day with a SMILE : make an assessment tomorrow evening. It will be a beautiful day ! => At every moment, I can choose to SMILE and I give myself more chances to live happily.

• SMILE inside yourself : this is you meeting yourself, the connection. Renew your forces by taking time to be silent and to empty out any confusion in your mind.

• SMILE AT YOUR BODY (Powerful inner meditation) : Try to listen to your body, to understand it in order to remain “connected” to it and to your emotions, to your inner Harmony. This increases the metabolism and leads us into a luminous vision and vivifying Life. => The general idea is to smile at our organs, this is all ! Try it, you will surely be astonished by the feeling (ressenti).

Let us put this into practice :
1 I breathe out while relaxing and I stick my tongue onto the palate ;
2 I then become conscious of my body by scanning its various parts with the intention of relaxing them ;
3 I then use my breathing : I inhale the energy of the Earth, and I exhale all my tensions ;
4 I then remind myself of a pleasant image in order to activate a positive resource (image often related to nature) ;
5 I relax my foreheadmy eyesmy 3rd eyemy tonguemy jaw ;
6 I mentally go through my organs one by one : I make them relax, I seek an inner feeling of this organ and I smile at it.

Here is a possible sequence for the organs : Thymus-heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys and Liver ;

In order to finish this exercise in a very Taoist way, you can retain your saliva during the whole relaxation and swallow it only at the end, with full consciousness.

Do not hesitate to practice " The Inner Smile » ; an exercise very Yin, and this before any interiorized activity (meditation, zazen, yoga,…), you thus are aiming at life filled with happiness right from the beginning.
